  • Account management: during active use then 3 years from the last contact (prospecting), deletion upon request (except legal obligations).
  • Order/billing records: 10 years (legal accounting obligation).
  • Prospecting data (non-customers): 3 years after the last contact.
  • Technical and security logs: few months to 1 year as needed.
  • Cookies/trackers: lifespan ≤ 13 months (see Cookie Policy).

8. Your rights

You have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition (especially to prospecting), portability, and post-mortem directives (France). You can withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on it.
