The dates displayed during the order are automatic estimates calculated from the average shipping times. Only the Chrono option benefits from a firm deadline guarantee by the carrier.

Delivery of your personalized labels

Delivery methods

Economical

Estimated delivery within 10 to 14 working days (times indicated for reference, without any deadline guarantee).

Standard

Estimated delivery within 4 to 6 working days (times indicated for reference, without any deadline guarantee).

Chrono

Express delivery within 2 to 3 working days with a guaranteed date by the carrier (Chronopost or equivalent).

Internationally: for European countries, observed delay is 2 to 4 days. For the rest of the world, see Chronopost deadlines.

Important points (excerpts from our general terms and conditions)

  • Delay and essential date: when you have indicated an essential date accepted by CSI, any delay rendering the goods useless gives rise to a right of resolution and refund.
  • Legal liability: in accordance with articles L.216-1 and following, and L.221-15 of the Consumer Code, CSI remains fully responsible for the proper execution of the delivery. In case of delay, you may request delivery within a reasonable additional period, failing which, resolve the sale and obtain a full refund within 14 days (art. L.216-2 and L.216-3).
  • Delivery Insurance (optional): guarantees a full refund in case of loss or delay rendering the order useless (for example, an event dated). Without this option, compensation is limited to what is provided by the carrier, without prejudice to your legal rights.
  • Address/absence: costs related to an incorrect address or the absence of the recipient will be charged to the customer.
  • Switzerland: customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Force majeure: in case of a force majeure event (strike, bad weather, pandemic, transport blockage, etc.), delivery times may be suspended without engaging CSI's liability.
