Orders and Payment

Payment for orders is made:

  • by secure credit card via SSL protocol (CB, Visa, MasterCard accepted),
  • by PayPal account,
  • by check,
  • by bank transfer

Prices

All our prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), at the current VAT rate of 20%.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

Deliveries can be made:

  • to the home address mentioned in the customer account and repeated on the order form,
  • or to any other address indicated when placing the order.

Delivery Times

For personalized labels, a printing delay should be planned based on the quantities ordered (generally 1 to 3 working days maximum).
The receipt of the order typically occurs between 2 and 12 working days, depending on the chosen carrier and subject to postal delays.

Guarantee "Buy Without Risk"

To allow you to assess the quality of our products, you have the option to place a first order that will be refunded in the form of a credit valid for any other order.
The amount of this credit cannot exceed the total value of 3 identical labels (same format and finish).
The credit takes the form of a promo code communicated upon simple request via our contact form (specifying the number of the first order) or by chat.

Intellectual Property
