Quality of printing guaranteed

Our teams check every order. In case of proven printing anomalies, we will reprint your labels at no cost.

From our online label editor, you can generate a proof (BAT) for free and print it at home at 100% scale to obtain a full-size mockup of your label. This BAT allows you to precisely check the dimensions of the label, the text sizes, the readability, the balance of margins, and the layout of elements before production begins.
However, note that the printing result of the BAT depends on your home printer (paper, inks, settings) and does not reflect the final quality obtained on our professional presses, which will be significantly superior in terms of clarity, colorimetry, and detail finesse.

Guarantees for your custom labels

What is covered

We cover printing defects attributable to our production, such as:

  • obvious inking defects (scratches, stains, bands, smudging),
  • incorrect cutting alignment exceeding usual tolerances,
  • finishing defects (varnish, laminating) or abnormal gluing.

What is not covered

The following elements are not covered by the warranty:

  • composition errors made by the customer in the editor (spelling mistakes, missing text, sizes, positions),
  • minor color/contrast variations or slight pixelation inherent to printing processes, screens, file exports, and used papers (see terms of sale – quality and printing),
  • colorimetric discrepancies in the absence of a provided reference (Pantone, RAL). For precise colorimetric requirements, please contact us before ordering to establish a profile.

Claim procedure

  1. Contact support and describe the defect (order number, quantity concerned, clear photos in daylight).
    Contact support
  2. Return of labels: upon request from our technicians, return all labels deemed defective for analysis.
  3. Reprinting: after validating the defect, we reprint and reship your labels at no cost as soon as possible.

For transport issues (breakage, loss, delays), please follow the "Claims" procedure in our terms of sale (delivery times for carriers Chronopost/Colissimo/Tracked Letter).

Best practices before printing

  • check the spelling, readability, and safety margins (~3 mm),
  • use sufficiently defined visuals (≥ 150 DPI at print size),
  • for specific colors, provide Pantone/RAL references and inform us before ordering.
  • print at home a proof (BAT - free from our editor) to check the sizes.
